2. Shipping Rates
- West Malaysia
- Standard Shipping: RM 15.00
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM 200.00
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
- Standard Shipping: RM 30.00
- No free shipping threshold applies
- Transparent Pricing
- The full price of goods, including all applicable transportation costs and fees, will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and order summary before you confirm your purchase. No hidden charges will be added at checkout.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and carrier information. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, processing will commence on the next business day.
