1. Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (CPA). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or “material difference” from the product description.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons associated with skincare products, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” if the product packaging has been opened, the seal is broken, or the product has been used, unless the product is proven defective.
3. Cost of Redelivery
- Defective Items
In compliance with Regulation 5(a) of the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transactions) Regulations 2024, Miraecle will bear the full cost of return shipping and redelivery if the goods provided are defective or materially different from the description.
- Non-Defective Returns
For returns accepted as a gesture of goodwill (where no defect exists), the customer shall bear the shipping costs..
4. Refund Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Email support@miraecle.com with your Order ID and photos of the defect.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions and a shipping label for defects.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
