Miraecle (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024.

We process personal data that you provide to us, including:

  • Identity Data: Name, username.
  • Contact Data: Billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers. 
  • Transaction Data: Details about payments and products purchased.
  • Transaction Data: IP address, cookies, and device information.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to:

  • Process and deliver your orders
  •  Manage your account and relationship with us
  • Send you marketing communications (only with your explicit consent/opt-in)
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting)

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your data. We may disclose your data to:

  • Data Processors: Logistics partners (to deliver goods) and Payment Gateways (to process transactions). Under the 2024 Amendments, our processors are legally bound to comply with security principles.
  • Authorities: If required by law.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement technical measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights Under the PDPA

You have the following rights:

  • Access & Correct: Request a copy of your data and correct inaccuracies
  • Withdraw Consent: Stop us from processing your data for marketing
  • Data Portability: Request the transfer of your data to another controller (effective June 2025)

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (PDPC) and you as soon as practicable, as mandated by the PDPA Amendment Act 2024.
